"Monster Movies" has an unusual history. It was written for my usual adult audience, not as a children's song. (Or else I would have never mentioned the shortage of virgins or tearing the dresses from 'unsuspecting women'!)

But the kids made this song their own. They didn't understand some of the lines until they got older but they loved the fun and scary side of the song with all my howling and cackling.
